What happens when I submit this request?

Your request is sent directly to our lab managers and account representatives. Within a moment, they will receive notification of your need, and begin the response process.

During business hours, you should receive a phone call within 5 minutes to confirm your request and discuss your need.  The majority of quotes are delivered within 2 hours.   If your request arrives after hours, it will be the very first thing we do the next morning.
